How about a ski touring race? "Not for me" you might say... Except that in Tignes we think of everyone. Get out of your head the image of competitions where you take off your skins in the blink of an eye. We know very well that you go about it three times to correctly clip your bindings and that your skins may fall in the snow, but we like to encourage you to test, improve and above all have fun.
We are offering two events: a vertical race on Mondays and a sprint on Fridays. The best way to start and end your week with us in style! Two events 100% free, 100% uninhibited, 100% fun, in short ... 100% Tignaddict!

Newly arrived in Tignes for your holidays, it is now time to put on your touring skis! How about starting your week with a little challenge?
Every Monday during the school holidays, take part in our vertical race! A ski touring race accessible to all whose key words are discovery, conviviality and fun. A free event to challenge the clock on the ascent of the Petit Col route.
Don't panic, even if the stopwatch is running, the goal is above all to have fun, to try out new activities and to enjoy yourself! So come and enjoy our free activity in a friendly and totally uninhibited atmosphere.
When? On Monday February 08th, 15th, 22nd and March 1st. Individual departures at 10 a.m. Registration on site on each race day.
Where? Tignes le Lac on the snow front in front of the Maison de Tignes.
Course: 2km for 200m D +. Departure in front of the Maison de Tignes, climb the Petit Col piste, arrival at the top of the panorama trail.
For who ? From 14 years old.
How? Ski touring, splitboard or snowshoeing.
All efforts deserve their awards! We will be rewarding the three first men and women and the first boy and the first girl (below 18yo).
To avoid any gatherings, no ceremony will take place. We will post all results on this webpage, just below.
The winners will have to pick up their prizes from the Maison de Tignes le Lac.
